We will help you all along the process of designing your product, we’ll work together to get to the point where you are 100% satisfied with product we’re designing ( fireplaces, fountains,kitchen hoods, etc.).
PROJECTS
If you have a special project on your hands we can pay you a visit to help you all along the realization of the project (taking measures, designing the products, make quotes, etc.).
FREIGHT AND CUSTOMS
If you require it we’ll get you hooked up with a customs agent / freighting company and help you all along the process so that we won’t have any problems, we’ll be in touch with the customs agent /freighting company at all time.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept two payment methods; you can wire transfer us to an account we’ll be giving you, or we can send you a PayPal request so that you can pay us thru there.
